Dr. Cherith Herold, Psychiatrist.
The Council
Mental Health: it is a term we use daily but what does it mean?
“Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes their abilities and can cope with normal life stresses allowing individuals to be apart of and contribute to their communities. It is more than the absence of mental disorders”
Dr. Herold utilizes pharmacological, therapeutic and alternative/allied treatments to treat mental disorders. She passionately believes that all individuals should be supported to achieve mental wellness. The Council maintains a focus on uplifting individuals to realize and access their intrinsic resilience.
